Computational Data Science Researcher
Tolga Caglar is a computational data scientist with experience building production-grade data pipelines, ML infrastructure, and developing AI models across biology and geoscience. He specializes in end-to-end scientific software development from data ingestion and modeling to containerized deployment, working closely with domain scientists to translate research needs into operational systems. He holds a PhD in Physics from Sabanci University and completed 4 years of postdoctoral research at UC San Diego as a quantitative biologist.
