Senior Modeler
Rawaf is a Lead Modeler for the Fire Integrated Real-Time Intelligence System (FIRIS) Fusion Center. At the the Societal Computing and Innovation Lab, his research is focused on the detection and analysis of landslides, flooding and earthquakes. Before joining SDSC, he got his bachelor’s degree in environmental systems at UC San Diego and a Master’s degree in Social and Ecological Systems at Stockholm University.
